Andy has over 13 years experience in the real estate industry, including mortgage finance. Andy’s background in finance really compliments the Home Buyout Program, while his extensive sales experience is the main reason he helps sell so many homes. He frequently tours listings to see what suggestions he can make to improve showings and attract buyers.
Andy’s personal time is dedicated to his wife and three young boys, Zachary, Cameron and Brady. He is a coach for the boy’s sports teams during just about every season of the year. He enjoys the outdoors and his season tickets to the Houston Texans.

Maria has over 12 years experience in residential real estate. She specializes in Relocation in the Katy, West Houston, and Cypress area. She works with several of the large relocation companies in the oil industry. Maria has made Platinum Club for 2009 & 2010. She loves working with and educating first time buyers. Maria’s clients describe her as insightful, patient, knowledgeable and hard working. Her integrity and determination assure that each transaction is handled to the client’s satisfaction.
Maria has been married for 20 years and has two children. Her hobbies include cooking and vacation time with her family.

Julie has over 17 years experience in real estate, sales and management. Her management experience helped her gain insight into the challenges presented by each transaction and how to navigate through to a smooth closing with happy buyers and sellers.
Julie has been married for 27 years and has two sons. In her free time she enjoys family time, exercising, movies, gardening and volunteering.

Kim has over 21 years experience in the real estate industry and has been with The Jimmy Franklin Team since 1996. She will assist you with any questions you might have during the closing process.
Kim loves spending time with her family, friends and “The Boys,” her three Labrador Retrievers.

Sarah is Jimmy’s daughter and a 2006 graduate of Texas A&M University. She has worked in residential real estate for over 4 years, all with the Jimmy Franklin Team. Touring prospective listings to determine the condition and value, attending closings, managing the accounting ledgers, and establishing business development strategies are all part of Sarah's day to day activities.
Sarah was married in April 2011. She loves spending time with her family and friends, working out, shopping and traveling.

Debbie has been working with the Jimmy Franklin Team since 2002. She’s in charge of builder relations and marketing the Home Buyout Program. She will answer any questions you might have concerning the Home Buyout Program.
Debbie enjoys spending time with family and friends, running with her two labs and tailgating for the Texas Tech football games.

Kathy has 4 years experience in financial planning and has worked with The Jimmy Franklin Team since 2006. Kathy will assist you with any questions concerning your listing until we have an executed contract on your home. She is also in charge of processing the offers we receive on all of our listings.
Kathy enjoys reading, gardening, traveling, cooking and spending time with her kids.

Elizabeth takes the pictures for all of our listings. She will meet with you to get all information needed for entering your house into MLS.
Elizabeth is a recent graduate of Texas A&M. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, summertime at the river, and running with her dog Sadie.

Judy will direct your calls to the proper agent. She also assists Kathy with listings during the week.
She has over 19 years experience in education. She made her home in TX from PA in 1993 with her husband Dennis & 2 sons; both sons are still close by. Judy gets pleasure from quality time with her family & friends, swimming and reading.

Shirley direct calls, obtains feedback on showings, sets up appointments for appraisals for the closing department and fills request for more brochures. Before coming to work with the Jimmy Franklin Team she worked as a Hostess for a new home builder in the Katy area. Her resume includes 21 years in the oil and gas industry.
Shirley’s hobbies include traveling and tailgating for the LSU football games.

Gerald assists with brochure delivery and marketing mail-outs.
Gerald is a native Texan, born in Port Arthur. He has two children and two Pug dogs. He enjoys reading, Genealogy, and writing fiction.
